Mango Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 large mango, peeled and chopped
- 6 tablespoons white rice vinegar
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons ground Spice Depot Salad Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon hot chili sauce
Methodology
Combine all ingredients in food processor and purée until smooth. Serve at room temperature on a green salad. Makes about 2 cups of dressing.
