Combine milk and bread crumbs with BBQ Burger Spice and Worchester Sauce. Add eggs and ground pork. Form into 2oz meatballs and roll in flour. Place in lightly greased casserole dish. Bake 20 minutes uncovered at 350F. Remove from heat. In a separate bowl, combine wine, beef stock, chopped basil and tomato sauce. Pour over meatballs and cover dish with foil. Reduce heat to 300F and continue to bake for 45 minutes. Add your favorite vegetables and serve over pasta or rice for a complete meal idea.
Coat lamb with ground Garlic Pepper and press into meat. Preheat sauté pan over medium heat and add oil. Place lamb in pan and sear all sides until browned approximately 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add chopped mint, Dijon mustard and spread over surface of lamb. Mix melted butter with garlic and bread crumbs. Press onto lamb. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes to serve rare or cook meat longer for medium or well done.
