Tzatziki
You Will Need:
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup grated cucumber (seeds removed)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 1 teaspoon ground WORLD'S BEST™ Garlic Pepper
Preparation:
Remove any excess water from cucumbers by squeezing through cheesecloth. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and chill for 1 hour before serving.
